Are you a leader or a follower?
I see myself as a leader.
For me, success as a leader, shows up in the way people feel when they’re working with me. If the people around me feel seen, supported, and clearer than they did before, I’m doing something right. I don’t equate leadership with being the loudest or having all the answers. I see it as creating space for others to step into their strengths, make decisions with confidence, and grow in ways that feel aligned for them.
I measure leadership by transformation, not titles.
I also understand the role of a follower, and I don’t take it lightly. Following requires trust, discernment, and humility. It asks you to surrender ego without surrendering responsibility.
The only one I choose to follow fully is Jesus Christ.
That relationship grounds me. It shapes how I lead, how I listen, and how I move through challenge. The more I grow personally and spiritually, the more effective I become professionally. Leadership, for me, is an ongoing practice—one rooted in service, integrity, and alignment rather than control.
Led in faith. Leading in action.
Love and light,
