Embodying Spirit: Living the Laws of the Universe and Creating Heaven on Earth

There’s a quiet moment in every awakening—when the world no longer feels as solid as it once did. When the ticking of clocks, the rush of errands, and the weight of expectations begin to feel like shadows of something deeper, something truer.

For me, that moment wasn’t loud. It didn’t come with fireworks or a dramatic pivot. It arrived softly, in a thousand small ways. A conversation that lingered. A sign that felt too specific to be coincidence. A gentle pull toward the moon. Toward the stars. Toward myself.

I began to wonder: What if this life is not just what we see, but what we sense? What if there are patterns beneath the surface—rhythms that guide us even when we can’t explain them?

That curiosity became a devotion. I started studying the Laws of the Universe—not as rules to memorize, but as energetic truths that whispered, there is more. They showed me that life flows, spirals, and shifts like the tides. That energy responds to intention. That I am not just a body—I am a being of light, here to remember.

And that’s what I want to share today. Not just the knowledge, but the experience. How these universal laws shape my life. How they can shape yours too. How we embody our god/goddess energy and walk as creators—beings of spirit, housed in matter, shaping heaven here on earth.

The laws of the universe aren’t distant concepts. They are rhythm and breath. They are life’s heartbeat. Like gravity, they move whether or not we notice—but when we do notice? We begin to live in harmony with the flow. These laws remind me every day that I am connected to everything. That my energy, my intentions, my alignment—they create ripples.

Take the Law of Vibration—the idea that everything is energy, everything moves. When my energy feels off, it shows up in my day. When I return to peace, everything softens. Or the Law of Rhythm—a gentle nudge that life moves in cycles. That there are seasons of growth and seasons of rest, and neither is better than the other.

These aren’t laws to follow. They’re invitations to remember that you are part of this great dance. You are not apart from it.

But the piece that really settled into my bones was this: spirit over matter. Not in the sense of leaving the body behind, but in letting the spiritual guide the physical. Our bodies, our human lives—they are the canvas. But the spirit? That’s the brush.

The mind and the soul aren’t separate. The mind helps us plan, reason, navigate. The soul whispers, feels, knows. They were never meant to fight. They were always meant to dance together. And when we let our higher self lead, when we ground our spirit into the body—we become the bridge between worlds.

It’s why I speak about embodying goddess energy—and god energy too, for my kings out there. This isn’t about crowns or grandeur. It’s about remembering your divinity in the everyday. In the way you hold yourself. In the way you speak to yourself. In the way you choose love, even when it’s hard.

Some days, that looks like lighting a candle and setting an intention. Other days, it’s resting when I’d been taught to push. Or dancing in the kitchen with my kids while the sun slips behind the mountains. These are the ways I remind myself that I am divine. Not just in ceremony—but in the living.

And then there’s timelines and portals—concepts that sound so big, but are really quite simple. Every day, life offers us portals. Little openings. Moments where we get to choose: stay where we are, or step into something new. Timelines aren’t fixed. We shift them every time we choose differently. Every time we align with peace over chaos, love over fear, trust over control.

You’ve felt it. I know you have. That moment when something inside says, this is your chance. That’s a portal. That’s the universe asking, are you ready for more?

But as we explore these unseen realms, I want to offer a word of care. The spirit world is vast and beautiful—but discernment is everything. Not every energy that speaks has your highest good in mind. If you’re not grounded, not in your peace, it’s easy to confuse noise for guidance.

Before I connect to spirit, I ground myself. I set the intention: only love, only truth, only what aligns with my highest self. And I listen to how it feels. True guidance is steady. It’s calm. It doesn’t rush or frighten. When in doubt, I close the door. My energy is sovereign. Yours is too.

So how do we live all of this? How do we make these cosmic truths part of our daily rhythm?

We live it gently. Intentionally. One breath, one choice, one moment at a time.

It’s not about being perfect. It’s about remembering.
Remembering that you are spirit and matter. Divine and human. Here to create, to love, to rest, to rise. Here to embody your higher self not just in ritual, but in how you show up for life itself.

You are heaven walking on earth.
And every step you take in alignment with that truth brings more light into this world.

With love and light,
Jojo
